Since I am now teaching different workshops for different people in different locations for different age groups on different topics in different outfits (hopefully) I decided to just compile a list here to make it easier for me to refer people.
Early Literacy for Parents and Caregivers– May 23rd 5-6:30pm (For Lemonade Bookstand)
Build A Book– June 27th 10-11:30am (children 5 to 10)
Build-A-Book Workshop June 27th 2019 10:00am to 11:30am Best for ages 5 to 10, max of 16 children $14 per child Join us on Thursday, June 27th at Little Dreamers Wellness Center for our Build-a- Book workshop for kids! We will do fun activities, read stories for inspiration, and each child will leave with their own book that they create! Parents are free to drop off and pick up.
Who Am I?– June 27th 4pm to 7pm (Girls ages 8 to 15)
Self-esteem is a hard thing to struggle with and those in-between years can be some of the most difficult. This workshop will focus on our creative skills to develop ideas on how to better flourish our talents. They will work on developing ideas for future entrepreneurship while gaining confidence in themselves.

Unleashed: Teen Creative Writing Program– July 26th (ages 13+)
Unleashed: Teen Creative Writing Workshop July 26th 10am-3pm $42 Per student Max of 12 students Ages 13+ Unleash your inner writer in this workshop geared specifically towards teens who want to harness their creative writing skills. In this workshop we will learn some prewriting exercises, how to use prompts, share some writing we create, and get friendly feedback on our work. I want to make our teens submission ready but also more equipped to be better writers when they leave our day long workshop and head into the school year.
Fractured Fairytales– August 7th 9:30-3pm (ages 7-12)
Wednesday, August 7th In this funny, fun, and creative full-day program your child will experience fairy tales in a whole new way! We will read stories and use crafts to get a better understanding of the importance of fairy tales and read some fractured versions of our favorite. Each student will leave with a fractured fairy tale they write on their own! Parents are free to drop off and pick up. August 7th Drop off 9:30am Pick up at 3:00pm Ages 7-13 Max 15 $36 per child
Rebel Readers- Does your child fight you on reading? Do they struggle with learning new words and concepts? Do they think reading is just plain boring? Rebel Readers may be able to help! Over our three weeks together we will read Game Over Super Rabbit Boy! (Beginning reader chapter book) and do fun activities to make the reading come alive and keep their interest. This program is just in time for the start of the new school year to help get them back on track. Best for students in first to third grade. $68, 8 student max. Fee includes the price of the book and supplies. Thursdays, August 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 3:30 pm to 5 pm.
In the fall I will be teaching Creative Writing at Little Dreamers for our Homeschool families and I will have a lot more workshops available for adults as well for Lemonade Bookstand!
